A race won’t start
Check your internet connection and return to the puzzle’s Race screen. Competitive races need the online service.
A result hasn’t synced
Reconnect and keep Outsolve open. Eligible saved results retry when the matching account is available.

Include the puzzle name, mode, date or race, and what you expected to happen.
